A Dream Home in Mount Martha
We’re thrilled to share the details of our latest project in the stunning coastal suburb of Mount Martha. Working closely with Rob and his family, we had the wonderful opportunity to furnish their new home, which boasts breathtaking ocean views that truly take your breath away.
Enhancing the Living Spaces
Our goal was to enhance the living spaces in this beautiful home, so we installed a variety of elegant window treatments. The living area features motorised screen and blockout blinds, which not only provide privacy and light control but also seamlessly blend with the home’s modern aesthetic. In the bedrooms, we opted for motorised blinds and S-fold sheer curtains. This combination adds a touch of sophistication while allowing for versatility in light management.
One of the standout features of our installation is the long drops, which we integrated into built-in pelmets. This design choice not only elevates the overall look of the rooms but also creates a sense of spaciousness and luxury. The curtains elegantly frame the expansive windows, enhancing the natural beauty of the ocean views that are so central to the home’s charm.
A Thoughtful Design Palette
Our selection of a neutral colour palette complements Rob’s vision of incorporating vibrant colours, patterns, and textures throughout the house. This thoughtful approach allows the bold design elements to shine while maintaining a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The neutral tones provide a serene backdrop, making the vibrant accents pop, and drawing attention to the stunning vistas beyond the windows.
The Convenience of Motorisation
One of the most exciting features we introduced is the motorisation of the blinds. With just the push of a button, Rob can effortlessly adjust the roller blinds to his desired position. This not only adds an element of convenience to their daily lives but also eliminates the need for unsightly chains and cords, making the overall aesthetic cleaner and more modern.
